on a brighter note, im currently 1kg of the lightest ive ever been :D. gym must be working. ish :P. speaking of which, i made a bet with my mma training partners at Progressive Fighting Systems Stafford that Chuck Liddell would lose to Rich Franklin at UFC 115! and i wonnnnnnnnnnnn. no horrific burpee challenge :D. win. lol, one up i guess.
